Lunch with Rachel Ashwell

I am shocked that most of the people I work with at school or know in life do not know what shabby chic is or who Rachel Ashwell is.  Katie and I are going to "The Prairie" (her new B & B) in Round Top to have luch with her and 33 other bloggers.  Looking forward to it.

Cheerleader Painting

I just completed this custom painting for a cheerleader. The color scheme of the room is red and hot pink. I think it turned out cute.

I am very touched with the sweet cottage comments about her painting. It looks wonderful in her laundry room as did Tina's from Cherry Hill Cottage in her kitchen.

However, sweet cottage got confused and gave credit of my painting to SusieQ at Rabbit hill. Honest mistake.
